Using this website. The content on this site, including designs, images and text, belongs to Napier Visuals or is shown with the client's permission. Please do not copy or reuse it without asking first.

Quotes and work. Every project begins with a written quote that sets out the work, the price and the timeline. Work starts once the quote has been accepted and any deposit has been paid.

Payment. Invoices are due within 14 days unless the quote says otherwise. Final files are handed over once payment has been made in full.

Ownership. When the final invoice is paid, you own the final approved designs made for you. Napier Visuals may show the work in its portfolio unless you ask in writing for it not to be shown.

Your content. You confirm that any logos, images or text you give me are yours to use, or that you have permission to use them.

Advertising management. Where I manage Google Ads for you, you remain the owner of your ad account and you pay all ad spend directly to Google. Results from advertising cannot be guaranteed.

Liability. I take care with all work, but I am not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit, that come from using this website or my services. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Irish consumer law.

Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
