This website is run by Byron Cottam trading as Napier Visuals, a design studio based at Ballyorney, Bray, Co. Wicklow, A98 EN24, Ireland. If you have any questions about this policy, email byron@napiervisual.com.

What I collect. When you fill in the contact form or email me, I receive what you send: usually your name, email address, phone number and details of your project. I only use this to reply to you, quote for work and deliver the project. I never sell your information and I only share it with the services I use to run the business, such as my website host (Wix) and email provider.

Cookies. This site uses cookies to keep it working, to understand how visitors use it, and to measure advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Google data. I use my own internal tool, connected through Google sign-in, to manage Google Ads accounts that I own or that clients have given me access to. It reads and changes campaign, keyword, ad and performance data in those accounts only. That data is used solely to manage and improve those ad campaigns. It is never sold, never used for any other purpose, and never shared with anyone other than the account owner. My use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can remove the tool's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

How long I keep it. I keep project and contact records for as long as I need them for the work, and for accounting and legal reasons, and then I delete them.

Your rights. Under GDPR you can ask to see the personal data I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, or object to how I use it. Email byron@napiervisual.com and I will reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland at dataprotection.ie.

Changes. If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
